Marilyn Howard Mayhue

Marilyn Howard Mayhue, 80, of Madison died Wednesday. Mrs. Mayhue had been a resident of Hearthstone Assisted Living since August of 2004. She was a charter member of Christ Church of Monrovia, perpetual member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Women’s ministry (Circle of Faith) and a member of the Encounter Sunday School Class.

Mark Steven Joice

Mark Steven Joice, son of Dale McCutchen(eon) Joice, passed away on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2006 in Zion, IL. Mark was born May 4, 1956.

After attending Texas Tech University, Mark entered the U S Air Force and served on a team specializing in chemical and biological warfare.

Mark was employed by the Celina Independent School District as an Administrator, performing purchasing and contracting, industrial engineering-type duties, as well as serving as District Textbook Coordinator. A tree is being planted in Mark's honor on the Celina, TX, highschool campus.

Born April 26, 1907, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late John Wilson and Nora Watkins Alexander and the widow of James McCutchen, Sr.

Mary Virginia Payne McCutchen Birmingham Mary Virginia Payne McCutchen, 94, of Birmingham, formerly of Scottsboro, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2004 in a Birmingham hospital. Funeral services were held Friday, December 24 at 1 p.m. at Scottsboro funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Bates officiating. Burial followed at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Michael Earl McCutcheon, 47, of Bauxite, AR passed on to be with the Lord and his grandparents Thursday, December 1, 2005 at Saline Memorial Hospice. He was born August 4, 1958 in Saline County AR. Mr. McCutcheon was a loving husband and father, residential carpenter, sign maker, and a U. S. Air Force Veteran. He helped form an internet website (signforums.com) and loved fishing, hunting, and basketball. His grandparents, Cecil (Lefty) and Ruby McCutcheon and E. H. and Nancy Neely preceded him in death.

Mr. Michael George McCutcheon, age 66 of Rocky Face, Georgia, departed this life peacefully, Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at his residence. Michael was born on July 20, 1944 in Huntsville, Alabama, a son of the late Joseph L. and Ethel Mae Hopkins McCutcheon. Services to celebrate the life of Michael George McCutcheon will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at 7:00 PM at Ponders Funeral Home with Reverend Darey Kittle officiating. He will be laid to rest at Little Prospect Cemetery.
