Orville Dean Dombrosky, 83, of Port Arthur, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013. He was born on January 30, 1930, to Winnie and Frank Dombrosky in Chicago, Illinois, and had been a resident of Port Arthur most of his life. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1948. He worked as a supervisor with Gulf Oil for thirty-five years and retired in 1986. Orville was a member of Cosmopolitan Lodge #872, Port Arthur. He enjoyed traveling, photography, and loved spending time with his family. Most of all he had a strong faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Coffman Dombrosky (a descendant of Samuel King McCutchen) of Port Arthur, sons, Frank Walter and his wife, Laurie Coffman Dombrosky; Orville Dean II and his wife, Debbie Dombrosky; and Troy Van Dombrosky, all of Nederland; step-daughters, Gayle Rayborn Reynolds and her husband, Duane, of Colleyville and Brenda Rayborn Anderson of Southlake; grandchildren, Rachel, Christopher, Sarah, Josh, Allyson, Bethany, Ian, and Emma; and great-grandchildren, Jarod, Jacob, Jaxon, Drake, Kolt, and Kinsley.
